How long before orders are dispatched?
Order today and we will aim to dispatch your order within 5 working days  (working days Mon-Fri).

During busy periods, there may be longer processing times. Expect delays during our Black Friday Sale.
Please check the shipping address provided. If you provide an incomplete or incorrect address this will cause delays with your order.
 
How long does it take to deliver an order?
You should expect to receive your parcel within 3-5 working days from dispatch (excluding bank holidays).

For Northern Ireland and Highlands and Islands this could be 1 -2 days longer.
There are sometimes delays with orders with couriers that are out of our control, so please contact us with any issues.

Where is my order? 
Please check your tracking link that was emailed at the time of dispatch (remember to check if the email is in your junk/spam folder).
